Profile & account deletion

Update your profile

From Profile, you can change:

• your first name (min. 2 characters),
• your last name (min. 2 characters),
• your email.

Change your password

Changing your password goes through a link sent by email (the same mechanism as Forgot password): click Change password, receive the link, set the new password.

Delete your account

Deletion lives in the danger zone of your profile. The journey has several steps:

1. Nubiecloud checks whether you own any resources (projects, environments, applications).
2. If so, a transfer preview explains that those resources will be transferred to the organization's owner.
3. To confirm, you type the confirmation word shown on screen (SUPPRIMER) and tick the confirmation box.

⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. Your resources are not destroyed: they are transferred to the owner of the relevant organization.
