Changing plan
Requesting a paid plan, moving back to Free, and the effect on quotas.
Everything happens from Organization → Plan. Only the Owner can act on the plan.
ℹ️ Paid plans are not activated in self-service. You request them from the console; our team gets back to you and activates the plan. Moving back to the Free plan stays immediate and in your hands.
Requesting a paid plan
- Open the Plan page: the grid shows the plans, with your current plan highlighted.
- Choose the billing region (Africa / Europe) to see the right prices in FCFA.
- Select the plan you want and confirm: a request is sent to our team.
- We get back to you about the terms, then activate the plan. Your quotas increase at that point, not before.

💡 Nothing is interrupted while the request is pending: your organization keeps running on its current plan.
Moving back to the Free plan
Select FREE and confirm: the change is immediate.
If your consumption exceeds the Free plan's quotas, the console refuses the change and tells you so — free up resources first (delete deployments or projects), then try again.
Effect on quotas
- When a paid plan is activated: your quotas (CPU / RAM / Storage, number of projects and members) move to that plan's values.
- When moving back down: they shrink accordingly. Hence the refusal above when your usage does not fit.
The plan sets the total for the organization; that total is then split across your projects — see Quotas.
