Changing plan
Moving from one plan to another (upgrade/downgrade) and the effect on quotas.
Changing plan is done from Organization → Plan. Only the Owner can change the plan.
How
- Open the Plan page: the grid shows the plans (FREE, PROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE), with your current plan highlighted.
- Choose the billing region (Africa / Europe) to see the right prices in FCFA.
- Select the new plan and confirm.
Effect on quotas
- Upgrade: your quotas (CPU / RAM / Storage, number of projects and members) increase immediately.
- Downgrade: quotas shrink. If your current consumption exceeds the new limits, the console warns you — reduce your usage first.
ℹ️ For the ENTERPRISE plan (on request), contact the sales team: it cannot be selected in self-service.
